Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Operations & Coordination Intern to join our sales support team. This role will be responsible for assisting in managing sales orders, documentation, client coordination, and operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of B2B solar projects. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage sales orders, invoices, and related documentation. ● Coordinate dispatch, stock availability, and logistics with internal teams. ● Interact with B2B clients, address queries, and provide timely updates. ● Support the sales team with follow-ups on payments, leads, and deliverables. ● Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational data tracking. ● Conduct field visits for client meetings, site assessments, and business development activities in the solar sector. Qualifications: ● Basic knowledge of sales processes, order management, and invoicing. ● Familiarity with documentation, MIS reporting, and data entry tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets). ● Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination. ● Understanding of supply chain basics and inventory coordination is a plus. ● Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. ● Willingness to travel for field visits and business development.
