About Us: Frevolt is a fast-growing solar company helping homeowners make the switch to clean energy. We provide design, execution, and financing under one roof. With over 600 happy customers, our mission is to make solar simple and accessible. Job Summary: We are hiring an enthusiastic and target-driven tele calling executive who will be responsible for following up with leads, explaining solar offerings, and fixing appointments for the site sales team. This is a crucial office-based role focused on customer engagement and lead conversion. Key Responsibilities: Call incoming leads from digital campaigns or referrals. Explain Frevolt's solar offering and help customers understand the benefits. Fix appointments for the field sales team to conduct site visits. Maintain a record of calls made, outcomes, and customer feedback. Follow up with warm leads consistently for better conversion. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Good verbal communication in Marathi and Hindi. Strong follow-up skills and a customer-first mindset. Experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service preferred.
