Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate offerings.
  • Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM software.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to generate new business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and terms.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (as required).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹8,876.13 per month
