Location: Mohali, Punjab
Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joining

Our client is a fast-scaling B2B AI SaaS startup transforming the outdated global logistics and freight industry. They are building the world’s first AI-powered operating system for ocean freight — automating drayage, customs and international shipping pricing on a single intelligent platform. Their clients include freight brokers, importers, exporters and logistics providers in the U.S. and globally.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and energetic LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who can identify, engage, and schedule demo meetings with decision-makers (CEOs, directors, managers) at logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain companies.

This is a high-impact, front-line role where your outreach efforts will directly contribute to the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with qualified prospects via LinkedIn
  • Engage decision-makers using smart, personalized messaging
  • Initiate and nurture conversations to schedule demo meetings
  • Qualify leads and collaborate with the sales/onboarding team
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach in the CRM
  • Update outreach scripts and strategies based on feedback and performance

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Are highly familiar with LinkedIn and confident in B2B outreach
  • Have excellent written English and message crafting skills
  • Know how to research companies and identify key decision-makers
  • Are self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with rejection
  • Have experience in SaaS or logistics (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Bonus: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or automation tools

Success Metrics

  • 20–30 quality conversations with decision-makers/week
  • 10+ demo meetings scheduled/month
  • 3–5 converted clients/month from your outreach
