Job Description

Role Purpose:

We’re seeking a confident and enthusiastic B2B Sales Executive who can engage with school and college decision-makers to introduce our ERP and SaaS-based solutions. While direct sales experience is preferred, we also welcome candidates from the education sector who have worked with institutions and are comfortable presenting solutions and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to schools, colleges, and educational institutions for ERP/SaaS product sales
  • Understand institutional challenges and present software-based solutions effectively
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos (training will be provided)
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Work with the sales team to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies
  • Capture client feedback and collaborate with product and tech teams for custom solutions
  • Keep track of outreach, follow-ups, and progress using CRM tools
  • Attend education events, seminars, and workshops to generate leads and build visibility

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident in presenting to school principals, trustees, or admin heads
  • Strong networking abilities and willingness to travel locally
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset and ability to grasp SaaS/ERP features
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive
  • Familiarity with school functioning or having worked in academic environments is a plus

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Education, IT preferred)
  • 1–3 years of work experience in education, administration, or EdTech
  • Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Candidates who have worked in school admin roles, academic coordination, or education consulting and are looking to transition into a business role are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
