B2B Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Lead & Project Management

B2B leads

project scope, timelines, and requirements

project stage

individual sheets and master trackers

• Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and updates.

2. Estimate & Proposal Coordination

BOQs, wiring lists, and system configurations

project estimates and commercial proposals

• Verify technical and commercial inputs before proposal submission.

• Ensure timely and error-free estimate sharing with clients.

3. Follow-Ups & Deal Progression

• Track decision-makers, approval timelines, and negotiation points.

• Support the sales team in moving projects toward closure.

• Maintain long-cycle follow-ups for large or delayed projects.

4. Project & Client Coordination

• Handle queries, revisions, and clarifications professionally.

5. Internal Team Coordination

• Coordinate with:

o Sales team for deal strategy and updates

o Technical team for site data, drawings, and demos

o Operations team for feasibility and timelines

6. Process & System Compliance

• Keep CRM / Excel trackers updated with real-time information.

• Identify gaps in process and escalate issues proactively.

• Support reporting and performance tracking as required.
