Job Description

Position Overview

The B2B Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating builder, developer,

architect, and project-based leads. This role focuses on structured lead handling, project

coordination, estimate support, technical alignment, and follow-ups across longer sales cycles. The

coordinator will work closely with the sales, project, and technical teams to ensure smooth

execution from inquiry to closure.

This position demands excellent English communication, a fast learning ability, and strong system &

process understanding to manage complex B2B workflows efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Lead & Project Management

Handle incoming B2B leads (builders, developers, architects, contractors, consultants).

Conduct initial discussions to understand project scope, timelines, and requirements.

Classify leads correctly as per project stage (discussion, estimation, negotiation, execution).

Maintain detailed lead and project data in individual sheets and master trackers.

Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and updates.

2. Estimate & Proposal Coordination

Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for BOQs, wiring lists, and system

configurations.

Prepare and support project estimates and commercial proposals.

Verify technical and commercial inputs before proposal submission.

Ensure timely and error-free estimate sharing with clients.

3. Follow-Ups & Deal Progression

Execute follow-ups strictly as per defined B2B sales stages.

Track decision-makers, approval timelines, and negotiation points.

Support the sales team in moving projects toward closure.

Maintain long-cycle follow-ups for large or delayed projects.

4. Project & Client Coordination

Act as a single point of coordination between clients, sales, and technical teams.

Schedule and manage site visits, demos, meetings, and discussions.

Ensure clients receive clear, accurate, and consistent information.

Handle queries, revisions, and clarifications professionally

5. Internal Team Coordination

Coordinate with:

o Sales team for deal strategy and updates

o Technical team for site data, drawings, and demos

o Operations team for feasibility and timelines

Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution once the project is closed.

6. Process & System Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to internal sales processes and documentation standards.

Keep CRM / Excel trackers updated with real-time information.

Identify gaps in process and escalate issues proactively.

Support reporting and performance tracking as required.

 

Must-Have Skills & Qualities (Very Important)

This section is mandatory for selection

Demonstrates a fast pace of learning and adapts quickly to products, systems, and

processes.

Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) mandatory.

Very good knowledge of systems (Excel, Sheets, CRM tools, structured trackers).

Thorough understanding of sales and coordination processes.

Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without errors.

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized.

Experience or understanding of B2B / Project-based sales cycles is highly preferred.

 

Preferred Background

Experience in B2B sales coordination, project coordination, or solution-based selling.

Exposure to industries like automation, real estate, construction, electrical, or system

integration is an advantage.
