B2B Outbound Expert

Freedom Formula is seeking an experienced Outreach Expert to support our clients in building predictable and efficient outbound acquisition systems. The ideal candidate understands cold email, LinkedIn outreach, offer and ICP auditing, script optimization, and campaign analytics at a strategic and operational level.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit client offers, ICPs, scripts, and outbound positioning
• Rewrite and optimize outreach scripts and messaging frameworks
• Analyze campaign metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Recommend strategic adjustments based on performance data
• Guide clients on multi-channel outreach strategies
• Review and enhance personalization logic
• Conduct ongoing experimentation to improve outreach frameworks
• Collaborate with delivery and client success teams to ensure client outcomes are met

Required Skills and Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or B2B outbound prospecting
• Strong understanding of ICP selection, offer positioning, and messaging strategy
• Ability to analyze open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and sentiment data
• Proven experience in writing and improving outreach scripts
• Capability to diagnose campaign issues and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing environments
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

Job Details

• Role: Outreach Expert
• Type: Full-Time
• Work Model: Remote
• Compensation: 4–10 LPA, based on experience and skill level
• Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)
