Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector for group insurance products (GMC, GPA, GTL, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and partners.
Understand client requirements and provide customized insurance solutions.
Achieve sales targets through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients.
Coordinate with underwriters and the operations team to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.

Requirements:

Proven track record in B2B / corporate sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of group insurance products (GMC, GPA, GTL, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales independently.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a good team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
IRDA certified (if required by role).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
