Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Managing a set of Channel Partners

• Ensure SOP adherence by all the assigned Partners for Customer Acquisition, retention an Store Operations.

• Training to improve staff productivity and Quality

• Execute various sales strategies & programs in collaboration with Channel Partners to achieve sales target

• Execute sales promotion activities to acquire new customers- like BTL Elements, Promotional Campaigns, Mall Activation Events

• Manage on ground fleet of Promoters of assigned territory

• Corporate Tie-ups to generate new revenue streams.

• Identify new ways of customer acquisition at the stores and roll out new offers for them.

Skills Required/Prerequisites:

• Minimum marks in 10th, 12th, Graduation and MBA should be 60% or above.

• Must have done an internship in a proper company and not an NGO.

• Work experience to be less than or equal to 1 year. • Good communication skills.

• MBA degree compulsory.

• Willing to Travel for 20 days in a month
