Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement across all outlets.

2. Distribution Management

Appoint and manage distributors/stockists.
Ensure proper inventory levels, timely order booking, and stock rotation.
Monitor and reduce distributor claims, damages, and returns.

3. Market Execution

Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and schemes.
Ensure planogram adherence and merchandising standards at retail counters.
Expand coverage by adding new outlets and improving numeric & weighted distribution.

4. Retailer & Channel Partner Management

Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Resolve trade issues and ensure smooth business operations.
Conduct regular market visits and route audits.

5. Team Coordination

Coordinate with sales executives/merchandisers for daily targets.
Guide and motivate field staff to achieve performance goals.

6. Reporting & Analysis

Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Maintain daily reports (DSR), sales data, and performance dashboards.
Share insights with management for decision-making.
