Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Talent to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the healthcare sector with direct sales of software-driven solutions to General Practitioners, Polyclinics, Mid-size Hospitals and multi-specialty hospitals. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales, brand and channel marketing, partnerships, and branch selling strategies within the Indian market.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in IT solutions for healthcare, with a proven ability to build strategic alliances and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Self-motivated with strong ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  2. Develop and execute B2B and B2C sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  3. Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including Doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare service providers.
  4. Drive branch selling initiatives to expand reach across different regions.
  5. Identify new business opportunities and explore potential collaborations to strengthen market positioning.
  6. Develop and implement brand positioning and partnership strategies tailored to the healthcare sectors.
  7. Strengthen channel partnerships to optimize distribution and market reach.
  8. Work closely with marketing teams to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
  9. Understand the groups of Doctors and prepare plan to target for better conversions. Make sure they clearly understand their engagement with smartData products.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Strong background in medical software product selling to Doctors, Clinics, Polyclinics, Multi-speciality hospitals with a focus on software driven solutions and diagnostics.
  2. Proven field sales expertise in B2B and B2C sales, ideally in diagnostics or healthcare industries.
  3. Experience in medical channel marketing and partnership with pharmaceutical companies, distributors, laboratories and testing centers.
  4. Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in competitive healthcare markets
  5. Deep understanding of the Indian healthcare sectors.
  6. Willingness to travel for business expansion and client meetings.
