Position Summary

A formally trained Ayurveda Physician (BAMS) who is:

• Deeply grounded in Ayurvedic fundamentals
• Able to translate traditional wisdom into a modern longevity framework
• Fluent in integrating Ayurvedic assessments with metabolic markers, functional tests, and advanced diagnostics
• Skilled in developing personalized care plans involving herbs, formulations, diet, lifestyle protocols, and therapeutic recommendations
• An exceptional communicator who can blend science and tradition in patient education
• Ethical, detail-oriented, and aligned with protocol-driven practice
• Warm, compassionate, and capable of delivering an elite patient experience

Key Responsibilities

Ayurvedic Assessment & Personalized Care

• Conduct detailed assessments including Prakriti/Vikriti analysis, Nadi Pariksha, Agni & Ama evaluation, and dosha imbalance mapping.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary settings alongside a General Medicine physician and other allied professionals
• Create personalized treatment plans involving:
• Dinacharya, Ritucharya, sleep & circadian rhythm protocols
• Panchakarma recommendations as appropriate and work closely with massage therapists
• Mind–body therapies (breathwork, meditation, sensory therapies)

Protocol Development & Integrative Collaboration

• Contribute to the creation of Three 5 Reviv Signature Programs—detox, gut reset, metabolic reset, women’s health, stress resilience, and rejuvenation pathways.
• Collaborate closely with lifestyle physicians, nutritionists, physiologists, psychologists, and functional medicine teams.
• Ensure safe prescribing, monitoring, and follow-up for Ayurveda therapies.

Patient Experience & Communication

• Deliver a high-touch, compassionate, premium patient experience.
• Explain Ayurvedic concepts in simple, science-aware language that supports patient understanding and adherence.
• Provide structured follow-ups, progress tracking, and continuous engagement.

Operations & Governance

• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and treatment notes.
• Support procurement and inventory management of Ayurvedic formulations, oils, and therapy materials.
• Participate in SOP development, audits, quality checks, and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine & Surgery) or MD Ayurveda
• Valid Medical council registration
• 2–5 years of clinical experience in Ayurveda practice
• Strong command of classical Ayurveda literature and applied diagnostics.
• Ability to integrate traditional Ayurvedic reasoning with modern health insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
• High degree of empathy, refinement, and patient-centered professionalism.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and multidisciplinary clinical environments.
