Position Summary

This is a transformative opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist passionate about the intersection of mental health, sleep, and longevity. You will lead the clinic’s mental wellness and sleep health program, providing assessment, health coaching/counseling, and behavioral interventions that empower clients to achieve optimal cognitive and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and sleep health assessments.
• Design individualized care plans integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and lifestyle interventions.
• Address concerns related to stress, burnout, emotional regulation, and insomnia.
• Collaborate with physicians, nutritionists, and yoga therapists for integrated client care.
• Educate clients about sleep hygiene, circadian rhythm alignment, and mental resilience.
• Contribute to research and innovation initiatives related to mental and cognitive longevity.
• Use Objectives, Key Results (OKR’s) to track client outcomes and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Licensed to practice as a clinical psychologist in India.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical or wellness psychology settings.
• Expertise in Cognitive behavior therapy, stress management, or sleep psychology is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and deep empathy for clients’ wellbeing journeys.
