Pediatric Physiotherapist – Female Location: Kharadi | Fatima Nagar, Pune. Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joining Preferred Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers from reputed colleges are welcome) About Walnut CDC – Kharadi Branch Walnut Child Development Clinic is a well-established pediatric therapy center dedicated to supporting children with developmental delays and neurodevelopmental conditions. Our Kharadi branch is equipped with advanced therapy tools and a multidisciplinary team committed to holistic child development. Key Responsibilities Conduct physical assessments and developmental screenings for children from infancy to adolescence. Design and execute individualized treatment plans for conditions such as: Developmental delay Cerebral palsy Hypotonia/hypertonia Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) Musculoskeletal or neurological impairments Use play-based and goal-oriented physiotherapy techniques to improve: Gross motor skills Postural control Coordination and strength Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports. Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators for integrated child care. Educate and support parents with home exercise programs and therapy follow-ups. Participate in awareness drives, parent interaction programs, and internal training sessions. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s (BPT) or Master’s (MPT) in Physiotherapy from a recognized institute. Strong preference for female candidates due to clinical and parental comfort in pediatric and adolescent care. Ability to handle children with special needs with empathy, patience, and professionalism. Fluent in English , Hindi , and Marathi . Registration with a recognized Physiotherapy Council (preferred). Additional Highlights Prior experience/internship in pediatric or neuro settings is desirable but not mandatory. Must be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
