Walnut Child Development Clinic is a well-established pediatric therapy center dedicated to supporting children with developmental delays and neurodevelopmental conditions. Our Kharadi branch is equipped with advanced therapy tools and a multidisciplinary team committed to holistic child development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical assessments and developmental screenings for children from infancy to adolescence.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans for conditions such as:
• Developmental delay
• Cerebral palsy
• Hypotonia/hypertonia
• Autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
• Musculoskeletal or neurological impairments
• Use play-based and goal-oriented physiotherapy techniques to improve:
• Gross motor skills
• Postural control
• Coordination and strength
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators for integrated child care.
• Educate and support parents with home exercise programs and therapy follow-ups.
• Participate in awareness drives, parent interaction programs, and internal training sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s (BPT) or Master’s (MPT) in Physiotherapy from a recognized institute.
• Strong preference for female candidates due to clinical and parental comfort in pediatric and adolescent care.
• Ability to handle children with special needs with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Registration with a recognized Physiotherapy Council (preferred).

Additional Highlights

• Prior experience/internship in pediatric or neuro settings is desirable but not mandatory.
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Training support will be provided to freshers or early-career professionals.
