Clinical Physical Therapist [ 0 - 1 EXP] Nanded City

Roles and Responsibilities.

• MPT – Fresher or Experienced (Mandatory qualification)
• Immediate joining required
• Should be residing in Nanded City or willing to relocate to Nanded City
• 1 Month Mandatory training in Fatima Nagar, Wanowrie-Pune.

1. Patient Assessment & Diagnosis

• Conduct detailed initial evaluations, including history taking, physical examination, and functional assessment.
• Identify impairments, disabilities, and functional limitations.
• Perform standardized assessments relevant to pediatric, neuro, or musculoskeletal conditions.
• Formulate accurate physiotherapy diagnoses.

2. Treatment Planning & Execution

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, assessment findings, and clinical protocols.
• Implement evidence-based interventions such as strengthening, stretching, balance training, gait training, neuro-facilitation techniques, sensory integration, and robotic physiotherapy (if applicable).
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress or response.

3. Therapy Sessions & Clinical Care

• Conduct high-quality therapy sessions with punctuality and professionalism.
• Ensure patient safety and correct technique during exercises or use of equipment.
• Engage and motivate patients throughout therapy.
• Maintain hygiene and safety protocols at all times.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Record assessment findings, treatment plans, daily session notes, and progress reports accurately and timely.

5. Parent/Caregiver Education

• Explain the patient’s condition, expected outcomes, and treatment plan in easy-to-understand language.
• Provide home exercise programs (HEP) and ensure proper demonstration and clarity.
• Update caregivers regularly on progress.

6. Interdepartmental Coordination

• Coordinate with the clinical head, Director, and multidisciplinary team (OT, ST, psychologists, SI therapists).
• Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions when required.
• Communicate concerns, red flags, or important clinical findings promptly.

7. Clinical Quality & Protocol Adherence

• Follow Walnut/Apricot standard treatment protocols and clinical pathways.
• Ensure ethical practice and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Use equipment correctly, including advanced technology or robotic machines.

8. Patient Experience & Professional Conduct

• Maintain a friendly, patient-centric approach.
• Handle difficult patients or parents calmly and respectfully.
• Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and good communication skills.
• Uphold the culture and values of Apricot Care & Walnut CDC.

9. Continuous Learning & Skill Development

• Participate in internal trainings, workshops, and case discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy research and treatment methods.
• Work towards improving quality of care and personal skillset.

10. Administrative & Supportive Duties

• Assist in managing therapy equipment, cleanliness, and safety.
• Support outreach programs, events, or awareness campaigns if assigned.
• Help with departmental tasks like inventory, scheduling, or patient coordination when required.

11. Compliance & Professional Ethics

• Follow all organization policies, attendance, documentation timelines, and behavioral guidelines.
• Maintain high ethical standards in patient care and interaction.
• Report incidents or clinical risks immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
