Role Overview

AVP/VP – Inbound Sales

Key Responsibilities

Drive inbound sales performance to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Design and execute inbound strategies for lead conversion and client acquisition.
Build, lead, and mentor a team of 5–15 sellers across geographies.
Leverage CRM tools and sales technologies to improve pipeline efficiency.
Establish sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure consistent forecasting.
Collaborate with demand teams for lead generation and targeted outreach.
Build long-term client relationships through a consultative sales approach.

What We’re Looking For

15–20 years of
B2B inbound sales experience
in research/consulting or similar industries.
Proven track record of
exceeding quotas and scaling sales teams

business acumen
with consultative selling expertise.
Experience building scalable inbound sales operations.
