Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Management & Network Expansion

  • Appoint, develop, and manage authorized dealers across the assigned districts.
  • Build long-term relationships with dealers to ensure brand loyalty and consistent business.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to review sales performance, stock levels, schemes, and market feedback.
  • Identify potential new dealers and expand market reach in untapped areas.

2. Primary Sales Handling

  • Drive monthly and quarterly

  • Ensure timely order collection, order processing, and coordination with supply chain teams.
  • Monitor dealer-wise billing, outstanding payments, and credit limits in coordination with accounts.
  • Plan and execute sales promotions and schemes to improve primary off-take.

3. ISD (In-Store Demonstrator) Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage ISDs deployed at dealer counters.
  • Ensure ISDs meet daily productivity, lead generation, and conversion targets.
  • Monitor attendance, grooming standards, product knowledge, and selling skills of ISDs.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance evaluations of ISDs.

4. Display & Visibility Monitoring

  • Ensure proper product displays as per Franke–Faber brand guidelines at dealer showrooms.
  • Monitor installation and maintenance of display units, standees, and branding materials.
  • Ensure availability of latest product catalogues, price lists, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with dealers to upgrade or refresh displays when required.

5. Sales Planning & Target Achievement

  • Prepare territory-wise and dealer-wise sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data.
  • Forecast monthly sales and align action plans accordingly.
  • Ensure achievement of volume, value, and product-mix targets.

6. Product Training & Dealer Counter Support

  • Conduct regular

    product training sessions

    for dealer staff and ISDs at showroom counters.
  • Educate dealers on new product launches, USPs, pricing, and installation benefits.
  • Support dealers during product demos, customer interactions, and closing high-value sales.
  • Act as a product expert for Franke–Faber in the assigned territory.

7. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports to management.
  • Track dealer performance, ISD productivity, and market intelligence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Accounts, Service) for smooth operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:

    Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related field)
  • Experience:

    • 3–6 years of experience in B2B / Dealer Management roles
    • Experience in kitchen appliances, building materials, sanitary ware, electricals, or allied industries preferred
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong dealer handling and negotiation skills
    • Proven ability to drive primary sales and achieve targets
    • Good communication and training skills
    • Strong planning, execution, and analytical abilities
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
