Job Title: Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead - Full Stack (React, Python, MongoDB, AI) Location: Bangalore, India (On-site) Type: Full-time Experience: 4 -10 years About the Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to join our fast-growing engineering team in Bangalore . Youll work across the stack with ReactJS, Python, and MongoDB , integrating AI models or APIs where it drives real value. You bring a delivery-first mindset , care deeply about performance, scalability, and security , and are passionate about building high-quality production code that moves the needle for the business. What Youll Do Build and ship end-to-end features using React (frontend) , Python (backend APIs) , and MongoDB (data layer) . Contribute to architectural decisions, system design, and product shaping discussions. Integrate AI/ML models or LLM APIs into real-world product workflows. Deliver clean, maintainable, production-ready code — fast. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to iterate quickly and smartly. Ensure systems are high-performing, secure, and scalable from day one. Own your work with pride and push for continuous improvement in code quality and delivery velocity. What We’re Looking For 4–10 years of experience in software development at product companies (mandatory). Strong proficiency in: ReactJS (modern component patterns, performance tuning) Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance optimization) Hands-on experience in building and maintaining production systems with real users. Familiarity with AI/ML APIs , LLMs, or intelligent feature integrations is a strong plus. Experience working with cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines. A business-aware mindset — you understand the “why” behind what you build. Strong ownership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Bonus Points Exposure to Vector Databases , or AI agents . Built software in early-stage startups or fast-growing B2B platforms . Passion for shipping fast without compromising stability or scale.
