AVP / VP Sales

You will be part of a premier interior design firm, a division of a prestigious Bengaluru-based construction company, specializing in interior design, furniture manufacturing, and window care services across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and lead pan-India sales strategy across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail interior segments. - Take ownership of revenue generation across all verticals, including high end, economical, and turnkey projects. - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing national sales and business development team. - Set and achieve revenue targets through robust forecasting and performance review mechanisms. - Establish and manage strong relationships with developers, architects, HNIs, corporate clients, and real estate partners. - Identify new markets and untapped geographies to expand national presence. - Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. - Strategically plan and oversee presence at key industry forums, exhibitions, and client interactions. - Monitor market trends, client expectations, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. - Strengthen sales systems, including CRM adoption and operational efficiency. **Skills Required:** - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution. - Understanding of pricing models and project cost structures. - Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools. - Strong team player with excellent time management and planning skills. - High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity. **Qualifications and Experience:** - MBA from a reputed business school. - 15+ years of experience, preferably from the interior fit-out industry.,
