AVP/ VP - Operations- Telesales

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **AVP/VP of Operations** with a strong **Telesales background** to lead and optimize large-scale operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-volume sales teams, driving operational efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance performance and revenue growth. ### **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize telesales performance across multiple locations. - **Process Optimization:** Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer engagement. - **Team Management:** Lead, mentor, and manage large telesales teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - **Performance Metrics:** Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - **Budget & Cost Control:** Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management to maximize profitability. - **Compliance & Quality Assurance:** Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality service standards. - **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to drive business growth. ### **Qualifications & Experience:** - **Education:** Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - **Experience:** 12+ years in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within telesales. Candidates who have managed banking projects would be given preference. - **Skills:** Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations. Preferred candidate profile Domestic BPO experience in Banking Process
