As a CL8 Delivery Excellence Associate Manager, you will be responsible for embedding and sustaining operational rigor across client delivery engagements. This role is central to ensuring that delivery teams operate with discipline, transparency, and consistency, leveraging standardized methods, SynOps tools, and data-driven insights to drive performance and client value.
What are we looking for?
8–10 years of experience in delivery operations, quality assurance, or program management.Proven track record of implementing operational controls and driving performance improvements.Strong understanding of SynOps tools and delivery enablement platforms.Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.Strong communication and facilitation skills.Familiarity with DE frameworks, control frameworks (FMEA, ACF), and quality systems (SQF, RCA).Ability to lead change and influence without authority.
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Operational Floor Practice RigorYou will lead the implementation and monitoring of five foundational DE practices across delivery teams:Volume & Capacity Management:Ensure accurate forecasting and resource alignment using tools like GPH, resource rosters, and attrition trackersDaily Team Huddles:Drive structured team check-ins to review performance, address escalations, and reinforce accountability using enablers like SQF, ACF, and DMSTransactional Quality Management:Monitor and improve process-level quality through SQF and RCA/CAPA frameworksProcess Controls:Implement and audit controls using EVT, ATCAT, FMEA, and 3x3 analysis to mitigate delivery risksProcess Knowledge Management:Maintain and enhance team knowledge through Knowledge Blitzes, DLFs, and structured KT methods2. Governance and RemediationEstablish robust governance mechanisms to surface and address gaps in operational rigor.Participate in remediation planning and execution alongside delivery leads, ensuring timely resolution of issuesMaintain RAID logs and escalate unresolved risks to leadership and client stakeholders.3. Client Delivery EnablementAct as a key enabler of delivery transformation by embedding DE practices into day-to-day operations.Support delivery teams in aligning with contractual commitments, client value objectives, and business outcomesServe as the first point of escalation for delivery performance concerns4. Capability Building and Change AdoptionDrive the adoption of SynOps tools and assets across delivery teams to standardize and industrialize operationsSupport the profiling and upskilling of frontline team leads on DE practices, embedding them into training and onboarding programsPromote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline through coaching and structured interventions
