Role Overview: As an experienced Sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the Indian e-commerce market, specifically focusing on Shopify-based solutions. Your in-depth understanding of the e-commerce landscape and prior experience in selling Shopify services or working at a Shopify Partner agency will be instrumental in achieving success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead qualification to contract closure. - Build and nurture a pipeline of D2C and B2B brands interested in Shopify migration, store development, or optimization. - Conduct product walkthroughs, solution presentations, and proposal discussions effectively. - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute email campaigns. - Take charge of client relationships post-sale to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of the Shopify platform and app ecosystem. - Previous experience in B2B sales within e-commerce platforms, agencies, or SaaS companies. Additional Company Details: The ideal candidate should have prior experience at a Shopify Partner agency or e-commerce consultancy. Knowledge of other e-commerce platforms such as BigCommerce, Magento, or WooCommerce would be advantageous. Possessing certifications in Shopify or other digital commerce platforms will be considered a plus.
