Assistant Vice President - Risk and Control Analytics.

In This Role, You Will

  • Design, develop and maintain automated data workflows and templates using Excel, VBA, Power Query and Python.
  • Streamline recurring reporting processes, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
  • Support integration of risk data from multiple systems and ensure consistency across datasets.
  • Analyse large volumes of Non-Financial Risk data.
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc risk dashboards, trend analyses, and management reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Develop visualisations in Excel or Power BI to present complex data in clear and actionable manner.

To Be Successful, You Will

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets. Ability to investigate items in detail or Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to step back and look to improve process and efficiency.
  • Educated to graduate level or equivalent level of experience.
  • Good understanding of operational risk and controls, preferably gained through experience in front line and risk management roles
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, automation, or reporting within a banking or financial services environment.
  • Exposure to non-financial risk management, operational risk, or compliance data preferred.
  • Prior Experience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlines.
