Job Description

Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals across residential, commercial, and\/or investment portfolios.
Define brand positioning and messaging to differentiate the company in a competitive real estate market.
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape growth strategies and support new market expansion.
Lead Generation & ConversionOversee lead generation efforts including digital marketing, paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Work closely with the sales team to optimize the marketing\-t-sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and track campaign performance.
Brand & CommunicationsManage brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints \print, digital, events, signage, and more.
Direct internal and external communications including PR, media relations, and corporate messaging.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials for listings, developments, and partnerships.
Team ManagementLead, mentor, and grow the marketing team, including digital marketers, designers, content creators, and analysts.
Manage external agency relationships, freelancers, and contractors as needed.
Market Research & AnalyticsAnalyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor positioning to inform strategies.
Track KPIs and campaign metrics to report ROI to the executive team and adapt tactics accordingly.
Stay current on industry trends, proptech innovations, and evolving buyer expectations.
Requirements

Deep knowledge of real estate buyer personas and sales cycles.
