AVP – PR & Brand Communications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PR and media relations strategy to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop brand messaging, narratives, and communication assets.
• Manage press releases, announcements, and thought leadership content.
• Drive internal communications including townhalls, leadership messages, and employee updates.
• Support crisis communication and sensitive corporate messaging.
• Oversee social media and digital communication strategy to strengthen brand reputation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or branding (financial services preferred).
• Strong media relations and storytelling capability.
• Experience shaping brand identity and executive communication.
• Excellent writing and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital and social media communications.
