Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Change Management Consultant

with a strong background in

Consulting or Human Resources

to lead and support organizational change initiatives in large-scale transformation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and proven experience in driving change adoption across enterprise-level programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
7+ years of relevant experience in
Change Management
, ideally within
large-scale transformation projects
.
Prior experience working in
consulting firms or corporate HR
environments.
Proficiency in change methodologies (e.g.,
ADKAR, Kotter s 8-step, Prosci
).
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and project management abilities.
