No of Vacancies1Reports toNational HeadIs a Team leaderYesTeam Size1GradeAVP, VPBusinessRetail BankingDepartmentAxis Virtual CentreSub-DepartmentLocationAxis Virtual CentreAbout Axis Virtual CentreAxis Virtual Center engages with Axis Banks customers and prospects, virtually, through digital media to provide a seamless experience to customers while fulfilling their service requirements and using the opportunity to provide ficial solutions via cross-sell and upsellAbouttheRoleThis role is Regional Business Manager for Customer Value Management It reports in National HeadRecruit, Train and Manage team of approx 200 tele callers who will be engaged in selling Credit Cards, Upselling Credit Cards, managing merchant acquiring and Cross sell of various products to existing customers of the bank-Recruit, onboard and train team of Unit managers who will run day to day operations of units------- -----Develop and implement effective sales strategy to achieve business objectivesDefine and execute recruitment, training and incentive strategy across various levelsGuide, coach and motivate teams across locations for improved performanceDrive productivity of the team-Analyze business numbers to identify opportunities and GAPS for corrective actions-Ensure delivery of the sales targets assigned for the respective line of businessImprove existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team------Work very closely with stakeholders to obtain support and guidanceClosely monitor cost Take corrective actions to keep cost under control---Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy-Ensure Cost to Income within desired benchmark-Bring in best practices for right product pitch--- -QualificationsEducation (Post Graduate) 10+2+3Experience 10+ years3-5 years of relevant work experience (preferably in contact center)------Role ProficienciesLeadership skillsInter personal skillsAnalytical skillsSound knowledge of retail banking products and ProcessKnowledge of digital banking channels like, Internet Banking, Mobile App--#ComeAsYouAre We are dil se open Women, LGBTQIA+ and PwD candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply
