The Zonal Sales Head (ZSH) will be driving sales for multi-category product offerings to increase sales volume and revenue growth for a specific Region comprising multiple zones.
Responsibilities and Desired Outcomes
Leading, motivating, and guiding the field sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth, by providing direction, support, and ongoing training to ensure the team's effectiveness and productivity.
Utilizing relevant market knowledge to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales numbers through various levers.
Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to capitalize on market opportunities.
Developing comprehensive sales plans for the region, incorporating competitor mapping and optimal manpower placement to achieve targets.
Implementing strategies to effectively penetrate the market and maximize sales opportunities.
Driving recruitment through team, onboard, and retain top talent within the team, ensuring a high-performing and motivated workforce.
Providing coaching and mentorship to people managers within the zone to enhance their leadership capabilities.
Driving volume business by onboarding fleet operators, including small, medium, and large fleet operators.
Developing strategies to attract and retain fleet operators, expanding the company's market presence and revenue streams.
Building positive working relationships with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and achieve sales objectives.
Utilizing data analytics and metrics to evaluate sales performance, identify trends, and make informed strategic decisions.
Collaborate with the team on problem solving to meet customer needs to enhance overall satisfaction.
