Job Description

Position: Service Advisor Location: Favourite Motors Pvt. Ltd. (AutoRaze Workshop) Reporting To: Floor Manager / Workshop HeadRole Purpose At AutoRaze, a Service Advisor is not just a coordinator – he/she is the face of trust between the customer and our workshop team. The role ensures that every customer receives transparent, ethical, and quality service, while maintaining strong communication and smooth workflow inside the workshop. Key Responsibilities🔹 Customer Engagement Welcome customers with professionalism and empathy. Listen carefully to concerns and record them accurately. Explain service requirements, costs, and timelines with full transparency. Update customers proactively during service/repair progress. 🔹 Job Card & Documentation Open job cards as per AutoRaze SOPs with detailed notes. Record customer complaints, technician observations, and parts requirement clearly. Ensure correct billing and closure without discrepancies. 🔹 Workshop Coordination Act as a bridge between customer, technicians, floor manager, and store. Prioritize jobs as per timelines and workshop load. Ensure that each vehicle is delivered on time and in promised condition. 🔹 Sales & Value Addition Educate customers on preventive maintenance, warranty, and service packages. Suggest only genuine value-added services that truly benefit the customer. Never engage in mis-selling or unethical upselling. 🔹 Customer Satisfaction & Delivery Perform vehicle walkaround during delivery, explaining work done. Ensure clean handover with proper bill explanation. Take customer feedback to continuously improve AutoRaze standards. Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Diploma/ITI in Automobile or Mechanical, OR Graduate with automobile knowledge. Experience: 1–3 years in a customer-facing role (preferably in automotive service). Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and warranties. Communication: Fluency in Hindi/Gujarati + basic English. Strong listening & explaining skills. Digital Skills: Comfortable with Excel, billing software, WhatsApp & email. Soft Skills: Honest, patient, confident, professional grooming.
