Job Description

Incheon Kia, Palakkad is a leading automobile dealership committed to delivering premium customer service and high-quality vehicle care. We are looking for enthusiastic Service Advisors to join our growing service team.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers in the service department.
Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate services.
Prepare job cards and clearly explain service/repair details.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery.
Provide accurate estimates and regular updates to customers.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Freshers: Open to graduates/diploma holders (Automobile/Mechanical preferred).
Experienced candidates (up to 5 years): Must have relevant Service Advisor experience in the automobile industry.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
Basic knowledge of automobiles preferred.
