Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor located in Vapi. The Service Advisor will be responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, and offering professional advice regarding vehicle care. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with customers, providing updates on repair progress, identifying customer needs, and ensuring the delivery of quality service. The role also requires documentation and effective communication with automotive repair technicians. Qualifications Expertise in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide exceptional Customer Service Strong verbal and written Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical training are a plus
