Job Description

SUMMARY
We're Hiring: Automobile Technician

About the Company:

Our client is a prominent Indian multinational ride-sharing company with diverse operations in financial services and cloud kitchens.

Role: Automobile Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction
  2. Welcome and support customers with professionalism and respect
  3. Validate service requests and gather customer feedback
  4. Inform customers about repair progress
  1. Diagnosis
  2. Assess and diagnose scooters for necessary repairs
  3. Update diagnosis reports in the Workshop Management System
  4. Execute and inspect repairs as per customer needs
  1. System Management
  2. Monitor and update customer complaints in real-time
  3. Operate Workshop Management System and ensure compliance
  4. Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems
  5. Monitor scooter health in the Telematics Command Centre
  1. Technical Repairs
  2. Possess comprehensive knowledge of OLA Scooters
  3. Conduct repair and replacement of scooter parts
  4. Stay informed about OLA technical curriculum and EV developments
  1. Process and Operations
  2. Adhere to processes at the Experience Centre
  3. Manage invoicing and payment collections
  4. Maintain service bays and ensure functionality
  1. Parts Operations
  2. Audit inventory and ensure system accuracy
  3. Perform GRN and maintain inventory at the Experience Centre
  4. Manage warranty part reverse logistics
  1. Safety and Compliance
  2. Adhere to uniform and protective gear requirements
  3. Properly handle tool kits and use protective gear
  4. Ensure availability of fire-fighting equipment

Requirements
Requirements:

  • Only male candidates
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post-graduation
  • Minimum experience: 6 months in the automobile service sector

Benefits
Salary: 19000-23000 CTC per month including  PF+ ESIC +Incentive
