About The Opportunity

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and reusable libraries for web and API test automation using Selenium and TestNG/Cucumber.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing; author clear, repeatable test cases and data setups.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) to enable gated builds, nightly runs, and fast feedback loops.
• Perform API testing and validation for microservices using REST tools and asserts; automate API test scenarios and validate contract and data integrity.
• Log, track, and drive resolution of defects using issue-tracking systems; collaborate with developers to reproduce and remediate bugs.
• Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and execution speed; advocate best practices for test automation, code quality, and observability.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Proficiency in Java for automation scripting
• Experience with TestNG (or JUnit) test frameworks
• Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber
• REST API testing experience
• Familiarity with Postman for API validation
• CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins)
• Version control with Git
  

Preferred

• Experience with mobile automation using Appium
• Familiarity with container-based test environments (Docker)
• Experience with Selenium Grid or test parallelization

• On-site role in India — candidates must be available to work from client/offsite locations as required.
• Proven track record delivering automation in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on testability, reliability, and maintainability.
