Job Description:

Role: Automation Test Engineer

Exp: 4+ Years

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

NP: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain
automated test scripts
using
C# and Selenium WebDriver
.
Design and enhance
scalable automation frameworks
(Data-driven, Keyword-driven, Hybrid, or BDD).
Integrate automation test suites into
CI/CD pipelines
to support continuous testing.
Perform
cross-browser and cross-platform testing
to ensure application compatibility and stability.
Conduct
API testing
using tools such as
Postman
and frameworks like
REST Assured
(knowledge level acceptable).
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
Identify, log, and track defects; work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Analyze test results, prepare execution reports, and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders.
Maintain test documentation, automation guidelines, and best practices.
Continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in
C# programming
with hands-on automation experience.
Solid experience with
Selenium WebDriver
for UI automation.
Experience in
automation framework development and maintenance
.
Knowledge of
CI/CD tools
(e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and
version control systems
(Git, Bitbucket).
Experience with
cross-browser testing
tools such as Selenium Grid or cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience in
API testing
using
Postman
; basic to intermediate knowledge of
REST Assured
.
Good understanding of
software testing concepts
, SDLC, and STLC.
Familiarity with build tools and test runners such as
NUnit, MSTest, or SpecFlow
.
