Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Automation Specialist who can manage CRM automation, marketing workflows, sales funnels, and support the sales team with process optimization. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical automation skills with a good understanding of sales operations, lead management, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Automation

Create and manage workflows in CRM systems (Zoho / HubSpot / LeadSquared / Freshsales).

Automate lead assignments, follow-ups, reminders, and deal progression.

Manage sales pipelines and set up automated nudges for sales teams.

Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate data capture for sales reporting.

2. Sales Operations Support

Assist sales team with lead prioritization, scoring, and segmentation.

Set up automated tasks, alerts, and follow-up sequences.

Generate automated sales reports and dashboards.

Improve sales cycle efficiency through automation.

Build communication templates (email, WhatsApp, SMS) for sales outreach.

3. Marketing Automation

Create WhatsApp, email, and SMS automation using platforms like WATI, Twilio, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.

Build drip campaigns and nurturing sequences that support sales conversions.

Set up behavioral triggers and journey-based automation flows.

Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to align campaigns.

4. Process Automation & Integrations

Connect multiple systems using API, webhooks, and integration tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly, Integrately).

Automate repetitive tasks across marketing, sales, and operations.

Troubleshoot automation workflow issues and optimize performance.

5. Sales Funnel & Workflow Management

Plan and automate complete sales funnels from lead capture to closure.

Create automated follow-up workflows based on lead behavior.

Improve funnel conversion by analyzing drop-off points and fixing gaps.

Support tracking of sales KPIs and customer journeys.

6. Technical Execution

Work with JSON, custom fields, conditional logic, and webhooks.

Manage integrations between CRM, websites, landing pages, and communication tools.

Build dashboards for sales and automation performance monitoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
