Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
Build and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile testing.
Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test scenarios and ensure comprehensive coverage.
Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing using automation tools.
Create and maintain test data and ensure environment readiness for automated testing.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the team for quick resolution.
Participate in code reviews, and contribute to improving automation standards and practices.
Develop reports and dashboards to track automation coverage and test execution results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8–12 years of overall experience in QA, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual and automation).
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
Hands-on with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
