Automation Developer

Hi, We are hiring for Process Automation Developer role.

About the Role

Location: Chennai

Years of exp: 4+ years

Responsibilities

• To be a part of IT Automation Team working on the development of IT Process Automation
• Responsible for implementing automation solutions using ITPA tools, PowerShell, Python, Dot Net
• Responsible for providing insights from incident/service request tickets from ServiceNow and identifying automation opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements
• Ability to own solutions for design and architecture
• Rollout changes in production and support workflows post rollout
• Responsible to create flow charts using Visio or Word or PowerPoint
• Responsible in documenting the SOP for automated process

Qualifications

• Should be an Engineering graduate in Computer Science/IT
• Should have minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Flow Designer (Workflow Studio)
• Should have strong knowledge about Active Directory and PowerShell
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and custom API integration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must demonstrate flexibility by developing multiple workflows at a time

Required Skills

• Experience in administering windows servers 2019/2022/2025
• Good scripting or programming experience in VB.net / C# / Python
• Knowledge about applications like O365, MS SQL, IIS &, SCCM will be an advantage
