Automation Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Power Platform, Azure, SQL, and enterprise-grade programming languages to design and implement robust workflow automation solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working collaboratively as a key team player in a cohesive and supportive environment. - Taking full ownership of your role and consistently aiming to exceed client expectations. - Designing and implementing workflow automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms, following industry best practices and security guidelines. - Coordinating with Platform administration teams to ensure adherence to Application Lifecycle Management, Platform Lifecycle Management, logging, monitoring, and alerting best practices. - Collaborating with Platform architects and administrators to promote governance, security, performance, and scalability best practices. - Driving the adoption of workflow automation platforms within the organization with an Automation-first mindset. - Applying user-centric design principles to develop apps and workflows with intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. - Tackling and resolving complex issues related to performance, reliability, and security. - Guiding and supporting junior and mid-level engineers through mentorship and technical advice. - Learning, testing, adopting, and recommending the latest developments in Automation technologies. - Assisting with production support and resolving live environment issues. - Demonstrating flexibility in working with diverse, global, cross-functional project teams. - Leading agile development with Product owner(s) by planning, prioritizing, designing, testing, and managing end-to-end solution delivery. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI. - Strong experience in Dataverse. - 3+ years of experience with Azure or other public cloud platforms. - 3+ years of experience working with SQL and RDBMS systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL. - 3+ years of experience working with enterprise-grade programming languages like Python, Java, C#.
