We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Manager to lead statutory, internal, tax, and special audits for a diverse client base. The role involves managing audit engagements end-to-end, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards, and maintaining strong client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Audit & Assurance

• Plan, manage, and execute statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and special audits
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / AS)
• Review audit working papers, reports, and financial statements
• Identify risk areas and provide value-added recommendations to clients

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and review work of audit seniors, articles, and assistants
• Allocate assignments, monitor timelines, and ensure quality deliverables
• Conduct performance reviews and provide technical guidance

Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for audit clients
• Handle client queries, discussions, and audit closures professionally
• Build long-term client relationships and support business development efforts

Compliance & Reporting

• Finalize audit reports, CARO reports, tax audit reports, and certifications
• Coordinate with partners on complex accounting, audit, and regulatory matters
• Stay updated with changes in laws, standards, and professional pronouncements

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong knowledge of audit procedures, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and accounting software
• Leadership and team-handling capabilities
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience in handling mid-size to large corporate audits
• Exposure to manufacturing, service, or multi-location clients
• Prior experience in a CA firm environment is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
