Job Description

Position: Assistant Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Audit Manager to lead and supervise a team of 3 to 7 members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and oversee work related to Accounting, GST, TDS, and other audit assignments handled by the team.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Manage and coordinate with multiple clients effectively.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members as required.
  • Report directly to the AVP or Partner, depending on the engagement structure.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Mandatory: Prior experience working in a CA firm.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in audit, accounting, or related areas (preferably within a CA firm).
  • Experience in handling multiple clients will be considered an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (mandatory).
  • Good leadership, analytical, and review capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
