Role Description

Assistant Manager – Accounts & Audit


Job responsibilities

  1. Preparation and finalization of accounts and balance sheets for corporate and non-corporate clients.
  2. Ensuring compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory reporting requirements.
  3. Conducting statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and internal audits.
  4. Drafting audit reports and ensuring adherence to professional and regulatory standards.
  5. Managing Income Tax, GST, TDS and ROC compliances including preparation, filing of returns, and responding to notices.
  6. Assisting clients with compliance under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
  7. Preparing projected financial statements, CMA reports, and working capital analysis for clients.
  8. Supporting clients with financial planning, advisory, and analysis work where required.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks


Required skillset and Qualifications

  1. Qualified CA or Semi Qualified CA (with Articleship Experience).
  2. Strong working knowledge of corporate accounting, auditing, taxation (direct & indirect), and compliance.
  3. Familiarity with applicable legal provisions and statutory requirements.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and accounting software.
  5. Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical ability.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
