Job Summary

The ATM Officer will be responsible for identifying and finalizing suitable ATM locations in and around Ernakulam in coordination with our White Label ATM (WLA) partner. The role involves site scouting, rental negotiations, site commissioning coordination, and ensuring the ATM becomes cash-live in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should be proactive, punctual, and committed to working during all banking hours without hesitation.

Key Responsibilities1. Location Identification & Evaluation

• Identify prospective ATM locations in Ernakulam and nearby regions based on footfall, visibility, security, and accessibility.
• Evaluate shortlisted sites in alignment with business strategy and WLA partner requirements.
• Prepare basic location assessment reports to support decision-making.

2. Negotiation & Finalization

• Engage with landlords and property owners to negotiate rental terms and other commercial aspects.
• Strive to achieve minimum or optimized rental costs without compromising on location quality.
• Coordinate and finalize agreements in consultation with internal teams.

3. Site Commissioning & Coordination

• Once a location is approved, oversee all activities related to asset delivery, installation, and commissioning of the ATM site.
• Liaise with vendors, landlords, partners, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth setup.
• Ensure timely site readiness and machine cash-live activation at the earliest.

4. Operational Discipline

• Adhere to banking hours and operational timelines without hesitation.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism while executing daily tasks.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to management on site progress and challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (Preference for candidates with experience in real estate scouting, ATM deployment, or banking operations).
• 0–3 years of experience in location acquisition, field operations, or related functions.
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Ernakulam’s geography is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
