Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (Gross per month) + Monthly Performance Incentives

Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic, confident, and result-oriented female professionals to join us as Sales Managers under the flagship Sahasra Network Program of ATM Franchise India. This role involves recruiting and managing field agents, driving regional growth, and achieving consistent sales targets.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Recruitment & Development

• Identify and onboard qualified field agents within the assigned territory
• Build a strong agent network aligned with company goals

Training & Onboarding

• Conduct training sessions and product briefings for new agents
• Ensure agents are confident, compliant, and ready to achieve from day one

Performance Monitoring

• Track agent productivity and provide guidance to enhance performance
• Conduct regular field reviews and coaching sessions

Sales & Target Execution

• Set and communicate monthly targets to agents
• Drive consistent performance and help agents meet or exceed goals

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain detailed records of agent performance and sales activities
• Share regular reports with the VP – Sales / Chief Business Officer
• Ensure full compliance with company standards and reporting protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business, Commerce, or Marketing)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in agent/channel management or team leadership roles
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is strictly required
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and motivational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Vytilla, Ernakulam and work from office
