Job Title: Sales Manager – Agent Network Development
Location: Vytilla, Ernakulam (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 Gross per month + Attractive Incentives on Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and proactive Sales Managers to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing network of field agents under the Sahasra Network Program. The role focuses on expanding regional reach, ensuring effective onboarding, driving agent performance, and achieving consistent sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agent Recruitment:

Identify, screen, and onboard qualified sales agents within the assigned territory.

• Training & Onboarding:

Deliver structured training and orientation to ensure agents are well-prepared and productive from Day 1.

• Performance Monitoring:

Regularly track and assess agent performance, provide coaching as needed, and ensure alignment with sales goals.

• Target Achievement:

Motivate and support agents in meeting and exceeding individual and regional sales targets.

• Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain accurate records and performance data. Submit periodic reports to the VP – Sales / Chief Business Officer and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Commerce, or related field)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably managing agents, channel partners, or sales teams
• Excellent leadership and communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory); Malayalam is an added advantage
• Strong reporting, tracking, and goal-setting abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Vytilla, Ernakulam, and work from office full-time

Compensation & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
