Job Description

Manage all assets under management of IBV India at RJ, GJ & CG Cluster.
Ensure plant performance by managing contractors and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with operational site managers and respective DISOMS for monthly customer JMR, invoice submission, and billing adjustments.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for customers.
Submit annual generation reports as per O&M agreements to all customers.
Coordinate with customers and insurance companies for insurance claim settlements.
Track the performance of O&M contractors and sub-contractors according to the O&M agreement.
Monitor daily routine activities like module cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance across all operational sites in RJ, and assess site conditions during regular operational site visits.
Create punchlists during site observations and develop action plans with contractors for closer, coordinating in HOTO processes from project to O&M with contractors, creating punchlists, and coordinating with projects, engineering, and quality teams.
Manage inventory and spares across all O&M sites, updating management on any shortfalls and supporting site teams with technical issues arising during operational activities.
Understand PV system design, operation, and key commercial and business drivers, identifying the right specifications according to project standards.
Develop and manage contractors, process invoices, and ensure statutory compliances while maintaining good relationships with customers through regular meetings, site visits, and resolution of technical queries.
Be flexible and able to manage challenging situations effectively.
