Job Description

We are looking for a skilled After Sales and Service Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the Industrial Equipment/Machinery industry, specifically in Machine Tools.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients after sales.
Manage and resolve technical issues related to machine tools and equipment.
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper installation and maintenance of equipment.
