Asst. Manager ( L & D)

Key Responsibilities:
• Training Needs Analysis: Identify skill and competency gaps through data analysis, feedback,and collaboration with managers.• Program Design: Develop customized training programs, e-learning content, and learningmaterials based on business needs.• Training Delivery: Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across various topicsincluding on boarding, soft skills, compliance, and leadership.• LMS Management: Administer and maintain the Learning Management System; tracklearning progress and completion.• Evaluation & Feedback: Assess training effectiveness using metrics, feedback forms, andimprovement strategies.• Employee Development: Support career development programs, individual developmentplans (IDPs), and succession planning.• Compliance Training: Ensure timely execution of all mandatory and regulatory training.• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external training partners and vendors.• Learning Culture: Promote a culture of continuous learning through initiatives like learningweeks, knowledge-sharing sessions, and internal workshops.• Reporting: Maintain training records and prepare reports on learning outcomes and KPIs.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field• 1–6 years of experience in L & D, training, or talent development• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools• Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skillsKey Competencies:• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills• Analytical and results-oriented mind set• Ability to manage multiple training projects• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design• Creative approach to learning delivery and engagement
