Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate/Sr. Associate to join our Housekeeping team at Club Mahindra, with 1-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
